The developers of this subdivision saw the need for a mandatory homeowner association. Each homeowner is required to pay $40 per year in dues to the Fieldstone Farms HOA. We hope that you will see this money as being an investment into the future of Fieldstone Farms

The object and purpose of the Homeowner's Association:

1. Promote and develop the common good, safety, health, environment and welfare of the residents.

2. Enforce design, architectural and environmental standards as established by the Design Review Committee.

Your $40 Homeowner Association dues are to be used for the improvement and maintenance of the entrances and stormwater retention area. Dues are also use pay taxes and insurance, and to pay for labor, equipment and materials for repairs.
